To maximize the chances of finding the right permanent homes, this service focuses on identifying appropriate families for children and teens who are waiting to be adopted. Working with young people on pinpointing what they are looking for in a family, our staff is better able to match families with children based on their specific needs, challenges, and interests. Recruitment efforts also involve reaching out to the community through the production of flyers, television segments (Tuesday’s Kids), and other media.
