Details: Trish and Martin are a couple who value living life to the fullest. They are passionate about working together as a team, serving, and making a difference in the lives of others. Trish has been providing direct-support care for almost 20 years, and Martin is available to assist Trish when needed.
The Hawkins’ home is wheelchair-accessible and allows all activities of daily living to be conducted on the first floor. They are dedicated to supporting the people they care for in their home as they acquire life skills and participate in extracurricular activities. They have been certified for medication administration, first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Trish and Martin are proud grandparents. They want anyone they care for to feel part of a family unit and included in all family activities such as going to local music venues, community events, and family gatherings. Trish and Martin’s dog, Hank, enjoys being doted on by all who visit their home. Trish and Martin believe everyone should be given the opportunity to live their life as they see fit and have the opportunity for transformative, life-enhancing experiences.
